Oh I know this ALL to well!! I often look at my spark page and past goals. I think about the progress I've made so far and just really try to remind myself that I need to get back on track if I want to hit my next goal. I also take a look at my before pics that I keep in a special journal and that tends re light my fire!
It can be so hard when I fall into that slump but I just try to practice lots of "positive self talk" if you will. It has worked well for me thus far!
So many people (myself included) tend to go on workout streaks but then as soon as something happens, we fall off. You have something in life hit you and you are upset for a few days and that Snickers ice cream looks way better than the chicken breast. You turn into a lazy bum that doesn't want to get up to go to the bathroom, let alone take a walk.
