Hello, I am very new to this. I have a lot of weight to loose, and feel like I'm stuck at times. Don't give up, no matter how slow it seems, you are always that much closer to your goal than the day before emoticon

You'll definitely find support here if you ask for it. I hope you're pumped to start your journey! Keep some small goals at hand to make the time go by faster. Those small goals are easier to accomplish. For me it's as simple as "don't binge" but every goal counts. Best of luck on your journey! :D
