I also took a break for a bit and am ready to fully commit. I gained a few pounds back, but I still have less to lose than when I first started. That alone is motivation. Spring is on its way and I will be ready for those beautiful spring days.

After taking a break for a few months (on the diet as well), I've realized how much I missed all of this. With work being so hectic right now, I need to make sure that I have something steady to keep my stress level (and therefore eating!) down to healthier levels. Hopefully I don't give up on the diet this time. I've gained back 10 of the 26 lbs I lost....So, more healthy snacks, less junk, more water, less Pepsi, and definitely more ME time to keep the stress down. Wish me luck!
