Hello, everyone! Don't let the name scare you; I'm actually a really nice guy! (That's what the creeps say, isn't it?!) Anywho, I'm officially 48 hours off of beer/alcohol and 48 hours off of caffeinated beverages. I hit the street/gym today for the first time in I don't know how long, and got in 1.5 hours of jogging/walking. I feel great!
I'm hoping to drop down to at least 150 from 179 as a first step, but I'd really like to get back to the 140 range. Alcohol has been a huge hindrance from keeping me at a healthy weight, so I'm hoping to get back into the swing of things!
