Welcome!! Sparkpeople is the best site - I love the recipes, support, tracking my food & workouts etc.
Hey everyone...just signed up today..looked at several sites and keep on coming back to this one mainly because of the recipes with the aid of a nutritional chart included. I have lost 24 pounds already since the last of November 2012 and want to reach a 185 pound range before I start maintaining it. I am hoping I can use some of the recipes, your ideas, and of course eveyone needs a cheering section. Have a great day...and rumble those pounds away!
