If you want tomove your hips, laugh a great deal and just leave sweaty and happy having burned 500 calories...try Zumba. I just love it and it has been the biggest mover of fat from my body!

Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!

Yoga Butt Booty, anything Salsa or Latino, Dancing with the Stars, you name it, I've got it except for Zumba but that's next.

I love dancing also! My son laughs at me. I recently started a Zumba class with several ladies of about the same age 50+. What a kick. I highly recommend it.

It's an old refrain but I will always dance as long as this old body can still move! It's fun and gets me moving so it's not all bad! No one can see me and I wouldn't care if they could (maybe). emoticon emoticon
