Bordom & repitition was a problem for me when I first started to use her DVD's a few years ago, but I found that I can do them once or twice per week. Also, I have a few different DVD's and have found that I like some more than others.

Leslie is great and I use her when I need a less intense workout also! They are fairly repetitive which sucks but at least the music and speeds change!!!

Awesome that you enjoy it! I started doing Leslie years ago. I usually only do her when I need a light day now, which isn't to say light workout, but a light day of less intensity.
I just realized yesterday though, too many of her workouts are the same for me. They are fun, but for me, I can only do her workout a couple of times a month. If I do it more, I get bored. So instead, I do my high intensity days and if I need a break, I choose her.
I love Leslie. I started out with her doing the 2 mile as well. I have now built up to the 4 and 5 miles using all her extras, weights, stretchy bands, intervals. I find the moves easy to follow but when you add in the others it becomes very challenging and you work all your muscles. Glad you found something you like.

On my cardio days i do Leslie Sansone 2 mile walks. When spring comes I will be walking 2 miles outside also. on the other days i do Weight Training and Stationary bike for 20mins.
