Good Saturday morning all! Does anyone have any idea how to classify her walking DVD's? I do the 2 and three mile walk strong and a couple of her other dvds', walk strong, etc. I am at a loss what is the proper classification for them Any help greatly appreciated. As fyi, 1 mile walk is 15 minutes, 2 mile walk is 30 minutes and 3 mile walk is 45 minute. All her other workouts don't always register because she does interval training.
