I love Leslie. I use YouTube for her as I can choose less min/mile when I want. I usually just count her as walking for my exercise minutes. Too lazy to try and figure out how many minutes are toning!!!

Anne_SP, I checked the link that you posted but am still unsure of just how I should track the DVD that I have -- 28 Day Bootcamp with Coach Nicole. I've tried looking it up a variety of ways, and can only find bits & pieces related to this actual DVD. I was hoping that since it is a Sparkpeople DVD it would be listed in the tracker. I'm following Nicole's 28 day plan.

I like walking to Leslie Sansone dvd's. I amp them up when I need more cardio.
I love the Walk Away the Pounds DVD I have. It has option for 1 mile, 2, 3, or 4 miles. In the fitness area it is specifically tracked under general aerobics. It even says "includes Walk Away the Pounds".
I have been working out a month this time around and am now up to the 3 mile option. Even when I give the 2 mile my all, I don't break a sweat. I love that you don't have to learn a bunch of choreography to follow the DVD.

I was looking for this DVD to add to my fitness workout. It's one of the ones I use on the days when I feel I need an extra boost or for some reason I just can't get out and walk. I know the one mile one is about 20 minutes, but not really sure how to count it. It's mostly walking but also some weights.
