I have not used her videos but it sounds like something I could do on the days that I dont make it to the gym.

Love them! Been using them for years in addition to other workouts. Try the one with the walkaway belt, good upper work.

I like the videos and use them to change up my cardio for a few days or just to add some more to what I've already done.

I love the Leslie Sansone WATP videos! They are a great fall back for days when I take a break from my stationary bike. If I feel like I need to up the pace a little more I can jog in place with it between moves.

I walk with Leslie for at least 5 times a week to bump up my steps for the day. I love her workouts because they are so easy to do yet very effective.

I really like her DVDs because they are low impact and wont cause you stress on your ankles and knees like a lot of programs can. I also like that you can amp up your workout as you get stronger by adding in weights and increasing intensity.

I often use her workouts when I am unable to make it outside to workout or I can't make it to the gym. They are easy to follow.

Leslie Sansone is my go-to work out. Her dvds are easy to follow and it is easy to up the intensity when as you become fitter. They are also easy to fit into any schedule as you can do as little as one mile (15min) to as many miles as you can.

I have taken up running outside but I always return to Leslie when I can't get out.

Any exercise is good exercise. :) Many people have had great luck staying motivated with her workouts.

As long as you understand that weight loss comes not from the exercise we do, rather the food you eat, find the exercise you enjoy, and adjust your diet to the calories you burn. :)

It doesn't matter what kind of exercise you do... only that you do it!

I've got a bunch of Leslie Sansone dvd's, and they are indeed simple steps to master. I'm not real coordinated and dance type dvd's get me tangled up. So I like Leslie. A lot of her dvd's are beginner type ones, although there are a few where it moves faster and she doesn't include a warm-up.

I like collagevideo. com, to look at exercise dvd's (I'm not in any way connected to that website). You can sort the dvd's by experience level (beginner, intermediate, etc), or type (aerobics, toning, etc.) and also see clips from the dvd, to get an idea of the moves. Many times I use collagevideo to see what kind of dvd I want, and then actually buy from somewhere else.

Leslie is good for beginners, who want to get an easy workout in. She has 4 simple steps that she repeats, and some arm movements. Most of her dvd's are the same kind of thing, she has some with hand weights, and some with an exercise band.

If you are a beginner, and want to get in some easy cardio, it is a good start. If you are interested in serious weight loss, I would look at Kelly Coffy Meyer, or Petra Kolber workouts for ST and some cardio, or coach nicole DVDs are also good for circuit training.

Good luck.

I have heard that Leslie Sansone is a great way to lose weight in the convenient of your own home. Have you tried it? Does it really work? I seen some moves on YouTube and it seem really simple so that's a plus.
