I enjoy doing these walking dvd's as well. So easy to drop off and hard to start up again. Slow and steady will get me in the right direction. I didn't get this way overnight so It's going to take time but I will get there.

I am pregnant and have recently started walking since I was sedentary before. I use her videos at least once a week. I really thought it would be silly, but I was surprised to discover that it's actually a good workout!

I love the older dvds! The best thing I did this year was get out the Leslie Sansone walkathome dvd's. I had to start back at one mile, and even that was hard to get through. She's so motivating! Happy Walking!

2 weeks into the challenge! I can now do a very comfortable 2 miles a day. Working up to 3 miles a day for February. So glad I have an exercise routine again. I can't believe 1 small ankle injury last May caused so much grief! Still feeling it in my knee and hip, but hopefully the exercise and strength training will take care of that.

Go walkers!

Yay Holly! I hope I can get back to the 4 miles. That is the goal. Right now I'm just so happy I can get through 2 miles. Keep on walking!

Lisa I love that one too,,in fact all the Express ones are favorites!! I love the Cat girl..she makes me giggle..and what a difference from the first video she was in!!
I have done EVERY DAY. even when i've been gone for 2 now---tood a vid and did it there!!

Day 7, 8, and 9.......still walking a mile or two a day! It feels great to be doing this again. Losing some weight has made this so much easier to move and get around. It's truly motivating to see the inches coming off!

I'm not sure why, but I seem to prefer Leslie's older dvds. My favorite is Walk Away the Pound Express - Super Challenge 4 miles It's from 2003! It has a green cover with Leslie on it wearing a green tank. I'm not sure if it's even sold any longer, but I love it! great cardio workout!

Day 6 - Walked 1 mile outside. All hills! Lovely to be out in the sunshine! Tomorrow back to squeezing in Leslie's dvd walks during the week.

Hope everyone had a great week of walking! It feels great to be back to a fitness routine. Let's keep the streak going!

I was getting bored with the one Leslie posted so i went to youtube and found a bunch of full lengths there..so i upped mine today! I have about 30 of her videos gotta get them out so i can change it up!!

Day 5 I took my mile walk outdoors today! I went for a hike with my husband and had to use the walking poles on the snowy hills. It was great to be out in the sunshine! Cold but sunny!

So happy to find this board!!! I "walk" with Leslie 6 days a week, 3-5 miles per walk. I need to sneak in a quick 1 mile on the 7th day to complete this challenge : )

i did the one she emailed me. I have about 20 of her videos from vcr tapes to dvds to online...love the challenge!!! Good for you for doing your walking!! Heres to a healthy 2013!!
