I tried the veggie spaghetti with lentil sauce that was suggested on my meal planner but the sauce was so dry it was more like a pate or spread. It was cooked lentils pureed with cooked tomato - simple enough I thought. What did I do wrong? Has anyone got an idea for a lentil sauce that I can use with pasta to boost my protein? emoticon
