Lisa, you don't have a whole foods? Not sure where you live.

I make my own. I have a dehydrator. I tried making them in the oven and they just didn't turn out.

The idea of kale chips is to make your own. Here's a recipe - http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-deta

You can even add different kinds of seasonings this way.

I miss eating tortilla chips, and I heard about Kale chips and Lentil Chips. Unfortunately no store near me sells them.

I will have to order online, and they sell them in packs of 12 and 24, before I buy that much, I wanted to see what everyone thought about the taste of them. I was looking at the ones from The mediterranean snack company.

I know I will have to portion control, just as with anything, but it would be nice to have something crispy to snack on with less fat and more fiber.
Thanks!
Lisa
