Healthy food and snack choices in the correct portion sizes to meet estimated nutrient needs for growth and development as well as being active are the best ways to reach your healthiest weight. How does drinking lemon water help with losing weight? And what's the best thing to drink/eat for indigestion? I don't want to take laxatives anymore. Thanks!
