I've never heard of a lemon and cayenne pepper morning detox!

It was kind of yuck. I saw where people do it in the mornings just to get everything "going". I liked the lemon in the warm water the pepper wasn't too appealing.

The body is designed by nature to detox on its own. We don't need to drink any particular morning concoction to make that happen.

That is my thought.

Moving in new directions.

My thoughts are yuck. It is probably the most awful thing that you will ever drink. And I have had to clean out for medical tests. So that is saying a lot

You don't need to detox - your body's organs do this quite well all by themselves. THAT is what they are designed for.

My thoughts???

Just eat real food, and ensure that you get lots of fruit/veges and plenty of lean protein into your diet. Don't forget the healthy oils, and whole-grains, too!

Your body detox's on it's own, unless you have Organ failure and then, you would be in a hospital setting....................why believe another old wives tale, unless you are an "old wife"??

Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.
