Welcome back! Weight loss is hard work, no matter if it's 5 pounds or 50 pounds you have to lose. I have learned, at least for myself, it's continually a "work in progress", it takes dedication every day, and not giving up if you have a bad day. I'm about 5 pounds over my goal weight right now and I'm finding those pounds are really stubborn about coming off!
Good morning all. Well my goal this time around was to lose 5 pounds. I know it sounds like a piece of cake but to those who have tried it can be the hardest of the journey. I have lost from 185 to 147 over a period of years, Nov. 2012 I weighted 147. Today I weigh 132.8. Yeah one may say, no I did not do it, illness did it. Yesterday I had to go through the awful golitely drink and clear liquids all day for the EGD and Colonoscopy. Now I wait for the 4 different biopsies he took. Nov. I was in the hospital with seizures,pneumonia and in a coma. The stress has been very hard on my body so now I want to start my New Year with health and a healthy way of eating. My goal is 130 which gives me a few pound danger mark. I will add to a blog so I can keep track of my health issues.Glad to be back.
