There is still time to enjoy the fall produce at the farmer's market. Go pick up the fruits and veggies that look the best, and then challenge yourself to find healthy, tasty recipes to use them in for X meals per week (that is, don't try to go from cooking 1 night per week to every night, you'll get overwhelmed). Maybe try to go from 1 to 3 nights, for example. Get your husband involved in planning the meals by going to the bookstore or library and finding some cookbooks to get ideas from.

I used to cook and bake all the time and now that it's just my husband and I, I don't want to cook or bake at all. We keep going out to eat and getting heavier and heavier. Does anybody have any good ideas that would encourage me to get back in the kitchen?
