Friendship cottage cheese is a high protein, low carb food which is pretty tasty. I get the whipped one and use it in place of mayo for tuna or egg salad which I eat like a dip with veggies instead of bread.

chicken fish (salmon, tilapia, cod, etc) shrimp lean turkey lean beef pork chicken sausages edamame (go great on salads) nuts (might be higher in fat than you want though) cheese tofu quinoa greek yogurt

My carb intake is right where I want it, but I'm really struggling to up my protein while lowering my fat. (My ideal ratios are 40% carb, 30% protein, 30% fat.) I've started eating egg whites instead of whole eggs. What are some other good protein choices without adding carbs? I'd love suggestions on good cuts of meat. It seems like all my favorites are high in saturated fat!
