How can I lose the last bit of fat in my stomach , I'd say it was about 3 lbs.....I do interval training 3 times a week on treadmill and rowing machine , I also lift weights. My diet is healthy however I have this thing for eating dry cereal which I need to stop bit apart from that its healthy I just want to lose the last bit if stomach fat....please help
