Amen to that! I was thinking something very similar when I restarted with spark...again. I'm not going to wait until New Year's to make healthier choices. There was Thanksgiving, and I survived. My birthday is next Saturday, and I intend to survive that, and then there is also Christmas and New Years. I'm not going to completely abstain from foods I probably shouldn't eat, but I'm not going to binge, so that I'm not tempted to purge. I'm not going to lose weight like that this time. I'm going to do it right. I'm with you. BRING IT AWN!!!

I am new to SPARKPEOPLE, just a few weeks, not a full month.
I look forward to December, having a full month to see my goals being reached.
I wonder how others see it? I know tracking is done mostly by the week--
I'm always looking ahead, It will be great to start the new year 2013! with six weeks of Sparkpeople behind me, lighter, fitter, and ready to face all that 2013 has to offer.
I always felt that making new years resolutions on the first of the year was a bit late, this year I plan to already have a running start!!
