As the person that replied before me said, you can't spot reduce. However, through losing weight your calves will become smaller. Having more muscular calves might just be part of your body type.

You can't spot reduce any body part, you just have to exercise daily and eat a healthy diet. As you start loosing weight, your calves might get smaller, it all depends on your genetics. A lot of people have bigger, more muscular legs, and it's all apart of their genetics! Be proud of your legs!
