The power was out and I couldn't do my Wi workout this week.

(This is actually a potentially good excuse in New Hampshire -- a land of frequent power outages. But, I have learned that any excuse is a poor excuse -- for me.)

Goal 1: 160lbs by May 15 (breast reduction day!)
Goal 2: 150 by July 1 (summer!!)

1. Sticky-sweet
2. Buttery-Goodness
3. Salty-crunchy
4. Starchy-Satisfying
5. French-Fried-Fortified

Mine always were:

It's genetic. (My dad was thin)
I'm big boned. (I'm really not)
I'm stocky. (Only when 90 lbs overweight)
I appreciate food. (And apparently a 44" waist)
I have a slow metabolism. (Nothing to do with 6 hrs on Xbox with Cheetos, I guess)
My wife wants me bigger. (Let's just say this was a misunderstanding)

I adopted Jack LaLanne's fitness program and puuled a row boat from San Francisco to Alcatraz with my teeth. I guess I took in too much water. emoticon
