ITT: We talk about which of our muscle groups is lagging and what we're doing to fix that.
My triceps have been woefully below my standards for strength/endurance for a long time. Finally figured out that I had been missing one of the heads of the triceps for a long time and that was the reason it'd fail without warning and screw up my workouts. So I started training triceps 3x a week, giving them just enough time to recoup between workouts. The result is that they're catching up quickly and soon I'll be able to make real advances in my strength training.
It's working well enough that I just started doing the same for biceps, lots and lots of "curls for gurls."
