My routine is very basic, very short and very effective.

Deadlifts, low lunges, barbell squats, sumo squats, bench press, overhead press, one arm rows and barbell bicep curls.

Take your focus off the Marshmallow.

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

basic full body routine that I do when I don't want to think:

rack pull/deadllift
1 arm DB row
DB push press
