Hi Ladies! Lean arms are in! If you don't have exercise bands, get some and begin working on your upper arms... weight bearing work outs can be done a few days a week. No weights or bands? Then let' s get to our push ups !! how many can you do? I started with being able to do 2 -- now I can do 10! my goal is 25 - military style. Let's go for it!
