I need guidance to know what to buy and cook. The recipes that are showing up from spark all seem to be bland blah meals. I get frustrated and then stop spark for a while but then I try to come back and really follow the recipes given but have a really hard time. I am so busy I do not have time or want to cook that much anymore. I suffer still from eating disorders since I was 14. I am 35. I do not find any food interesting anymore.
Please help me someone.
