We try one new food a week, it keeps things interesting. Tofu, bison, rutabegas, have all been tackled. It really helps.

Try searching the SparkRecipe database for things that you might like and may not take too much time to cook. If you use the advanced search, you can select the max time that you want to spend on making it.

I need guidance to know what to buy and cook. The recipes that are showing up from spark all seem to be bland blah meals. I get frustrated and then stop spark for a while but then I try to come back and really follow the recipes given but have a really hard time. I am so busy I do not have time or want to cook that much anymore. I suffer still from eating disorders since I was 14. I am 35. I do not find any food interesting anymore.

Please help me someone. emoticon
