I also have low blood pressure. Once when I went to the doctor the first time I was losing weight my nurse told me that I should probably try to drink Gatorade for electrolytes.. but I would consult a doctor if you are concerned.

I agree, check with your doctor. However, I can tell you as long as it doesn't fall below 100 it's nothing to worry about. Small size usually means a more rapid pulse. Weight is more an issue for blood pressure than height. Check with your doctor. The only way to know for sure it so track it over time and determine what is normal for you.

Hello,
This is something that you need to discuss with your doctor. Only he/she will be able to give you accurate information on this subject (since they will have access to your complete medical history).
Be well, Kelly

I would also like to know if anyone has any good info. I am 28, 5'4" and 135 lbs and my blood pressure has always been low. The last time it was checked it was 106/72.
I have been told that it's nothing to worry about right now but could be an issue as I get older. It means I have poor blood circulation, often my feet turn blueish if I sit for a long period of time, yes weird. Worst case scenario, when I get older poor circulation could make it difficult for blood to reach my organs. For now I'm not too concerned but I am always searching to find out more about my low blood pressure. Another person told me it could be a thyroid issue.

I may be worrying over nothing but I know normal blood pressure is suppoused to be 120/80 or something like that but for the past month(or maybe even longer and I just didnt know) my blood pressure has been between 100-105/65. I am 20 years old and 4'11 and weight 118/119 pounds so my mom thinks its because of my small size. Do blood pressures depend on your size and if so, is 100/65 good or not for me?
