I look for new ways to satisfy a sweet tooth. Carb smart ice cream and PB is my favorite. Not too often, but every once in a while.

Hi,Welcome to SP!

I am also on a low carb diet...what I do is I don't deprive myself...I usually will have a small splurge maybe once a week - 2 weeks. Like a specialty coffee or a donut or things like that...

If you deprive yourself you WILL binge one day! So giving yourself a day to splurge once in awhile and to look forward to will help you on your journey...

Just remember MODERATION!

HOW DO YOU GIVE UP SWEETS, WHEN YOU ARE ON A LOW CARB DIET. DO YOU REMOVE THEM SOLW OR JUST GO COLD TURKEY..
