Hi, Ann! Welcome to Spark People! I am not an expert on exercising with your challenge BUT I bet there is information to be had from our coaches and experts. You can for sure get started with the healthy lifestyle process (gradually, which is the Spark Way). Why don't you post on the Exercise Message Board (not sure that is what it is called but there is one focused on exercise specifically) and also look through the Teams for one about physical challenges. Keep on posting about your journey - many people will find your path inspiring! Spark ON!
