I hear you with the not feeling great after eating a lot. I let myself order/eat whatever I wanted the last two days since it was a holiday, though I still made sure to track. I ordered an open face steak sandwich with baked potato. I started out with the baked potato and realized I was getting full before I even started on the steak. I'll have to adjust the order I eat stuff in. :-)
Very true. Knowing how awful I might feel helps me to make better choices.

I WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE LAST NIGHT AFTER EATING WHAT I ATE. I WASNT MAD AT MYSELF FOR ENJOYING THE DAY, BUT, I THINK MY STOMACH JUST COULDNT HANDLE THE AMOUNT OF FOOD I ATE, SINCE I EAT A LOT LESS THESE DAYS. A MILESTONE, I THINK, KNOWING THAT I WONT FEEL WELL IF I OVEREAT.
