I walked through the food court at the mall today. Was able to bypass the cookies even as my daughter indulged in one. I even bypassed auntie ann's pretzel aroma. I am so proud of myself. I did have a large diet coke. This is the fourth day and I am still motivated. I lost 2.4 pounds so far this week.
