I'd try more calorie dense foods so you don't have to eat much to get your caloric intake like nut butters, avocados, etc (THEMANDICAT mentioned quite a few). I'd also recommend trying a smoothie made with frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, etc. It might be easier to drink something as opposed to eating. I hope you feel better soon!!

I'd recommend throwing together an emergency calorie-pack... Something that when you don't feel like eating, you can just munch... I don't know what kinds of foods you like, but nuts (or nut butters!), avocados, olives... Healthy fats are really good. Even if you don't feel like eating, you can always still just wolf it down (like you're taking medicine)..
Have you heard of the "eat clean" diet? I don't know a ton about it, but it's quite possible that it might get your metabolism revved up enough so that you have the desire to eat. It's basically having a bunch of small meals (with cool proportions) instead of the typical 3-per-day.
I hear you, though - I rarely even have time to eat during the day, and I'd much rather be doing other things in my occasional small amounts of free time!

A couple weeks ago I had awful stomach pain, thought it was my gallbladder or appendix, went to the ER and had a CT scan, turns out I was severely impacted. (Kinda embarassing too since I'm a nurse), got myself cleaned out, but now do not want to eat. Have put myself on clear liquids and soft foods, high fiber, but have no desire to eat at all. Everything is making me nauseous...I don't want my body to go into starvation mode and hold onto fat, I am slowly getting back to my higher intensity workouts...any advice for me?
