If you have the opportunity to take a class, tell the teacher about any limitations you might have. All yoga teachers are trained to help you modify poses in a way that is comfortable for you. There are also classes specifically for people with limitations -- prenatal yoga for pregnant women, yoga for older people, etc.
If you are doing a video, then some online resources might help you to find your modifications.
