Spark Teams are one of my favorite parts of Spark People, because they attract people with similar interests and needs, and many of the members are really helpful in answering your questions and helping people overcome obstacles.

Hi, i am Fathima. I live in India, working as a home-based medical transcriptoinist. Now, i weigh around 100 kg. I started exercising using Spark People Videos over the last week. After a week and all i noted a little bit change, but one thing that hurts me more is my knee pain. it is so severe. i have a goal of reducing around 35 kg in 6 months. Is that possible to do that and what can i do for the knee pain. I am doing around 30 mins cardio everyday and 10 mins of strength training and pilates daily. Shall I continue in this way. Is I am doing right? anybody pls tell me...
