I've been using the XBox Kinect "Your Shape Fitness" for the past month. I really, really like it. I can change up my workout each day to keep it fresh and I get a tremendous sweat. I owe my weight lose success to this program.

Love the feeling of my muscles moving under my skin, and seeing them is just an extra 3 tons of motivation.

I have ea active 2 for the kinect as well,Love it.Work up a huge sweat.I also have biggest loser, love it as well. Its a tough choice, biggest loser does correct your form if you slack.ea active has the heart rate monitor, lots of exercises.it's a little weird when it comes to the floor exercises on the ea active.i like them equally. They both have lots to offer, but more variety with Ea active.

My son has an Xbox and just bought the Kinect. I want to get a fitness game for it, but only one since he will go away to college in about 9 months. EA Active? Biggest Loser? Zumba? What suggestions would you suggest for one game for me to use for indoor workouts? (I already have Leslie Sansone, Billy Blanks, and Richard Simmons)

Thanks!
