Don't get discouraged. Muscle weighs more than fat so you may be burning fat but firming up. It's not all about the numbers on the scale, you may be loosing inches. Eventually you'll be down a size - keep up the daily workouts and healthy eating.
Don't worry! Within 2 pounds is normal fluctuation and you might not have even actually gained any! Just keep it up - it might just take a little to get things rolling! I at first did not loose much either and now I am down almost 10 pounds and only 6 more to go! But it does not happen over night!
I've been doing so well, watching my calories, cardio daily, and adding my strength training. I still gained a pound this week. I'm not certain where I'm going wrong. I'm working myself to exhausting and the weight just keeps going up and down.
