I went to 4 different doctors this week. They gave me enough info make me realize I need to change my lifestyle and priorities. One week of healthy diet and exercise and I already feel 10 years younger. Best of all, SparkPeople has given me hope that I can be healthy again. Step one, take off that weight in a healthy way.
