I use Kettlebells fairly regularly. I really like them. We bought a pair at Dicks that are adjustable so you can make the weight heavy/light depending on what workout you are doing.

If anybody is looking for a new/different kettlebell DVD, I like 'Jillian Michaels: Shred-It With Weights' :)

Yes, mine is new and so far I really like it. It's definitely harder than I thought it was going to be. I bought mine on Amazon and it came with a Bob Harper workout DVD that I can follow.

Bought a set on clearance awhile ago and liked using them, but wasn't sure if I was using proper form to avoid injuring myself. Just picked up Kathy Smith's kettlebell workout dvd today, and plan on using it tomorrow!

I haven't ever used the kettlebells for a workout, but lots of people love them. You really need to know proper form though, as to avoid injury.
