Kettlebells are a great workout. I would recommend taking a few classes with a certified instructor before trying the workouts on your own. If done incorrectly, there's a high risk of injury so you need to be very careful.

Broke my toe can't go to my exercise class too much high impact. Read that kettlebell workouts effectively burn calories. Started one yesterday. Will be on the lookout for others using kettlebells.
