Thank you so much for all the info!!! I will definitely be getting a few of these so that I can have a variety. I was concerned about learning the correct form first to avoid injury. Thanks to you all, I will be able to do this and get an awesome workout! Thanks again!

I just bought the new DVD from Paul Katami, 'Ultimate Kettlebell Workouts for Beginners." I really like the one routine, but not wild about the other because of the number of crunches (hurts my back and neck).

I will use the one routine on the DVD regularly ... and will modify the crunches in the 2nd routine and use it only ocassionally.

But I did like the Paul Katami's instruction and basic approach and will look into buying more of his DVD's.

Iron Core Kettlebells with Sara Lurie. Amazon had the 4 disc set marked down a few times (under $15). 2 of the DVD's are on form, and the other 2 are workouts. The workouts are about 30 min long.

Lauren Brooks is also good, but her DVD's run almost $40 each.

I am starting back on my weight loss journey and need some help. I have been doing Zumba for the last year, but I would like to include a kettlebell workout into my routine. Can someone recommend a good kettlebell DVD? I was going to get Jillian Michael's video, but heard that her form was incorrect and to not get it. Thanks!
