It looks like your calorie range is based on a calories burned goal, so as long as your calories burned goal reflects how much activity you're doing, you should be fine to eat in the range that SP suggests. If you add your kettlebell workout to your fitness tracker, you'll be able to see how that compares to your goal.
Hello. I have a 35ish minute kettlebell workout scheduled for today. I was just wondering: I don't want to undereat today.....so can anyone tell me around how many calories I should be getting? I actually am following the Weight Watchers points system of counting calories...so ANY HELP WILL BE BENEFICIAL. What would you need to know? I normally get 30 daily points. I am sedentary, I weigh 222 lbs. and am 4'10. I am also female.
