I'd like to incorporate 30 minutes of Kettlebell workouts at least 2x a week into my current workouts. Anyone like to join me?

You can get kettlebells along with a workout DVD to play on your computer or tv at home or on the road.

30 minutes of kettlebell workout burns 600 CALORIES!!! Its an amazing all-over workout.
