I have a set of one of each-20, 15, 10, and 5. I need to use them more. Freaking $100 for the set! Haha! I used the 15 today.

HI all......my hubby got me a 12# kettle bell for my birthday last week, but I'm not sure how to use it and I can't find any exercise videos on SPARK to help me. My daughter has several that she uses, and she advised me to wait till she gets home in early June, as if used wrong, you can really hurt yourself, she says.........so if you know of any can you post a clickable link......PLEASE!!
