Been doing the same workout on the elliptical since I got it a month ago, 25 min endurance. But Id have to turn down the resistance on parts and when the rpm hit 70 id have to coast down to 40 to catch my breath.
For the first time this friday I kept within 5 rpm of the preprogrammed routine without turning down the resistance for the full 25 minute routine!
