The Spark ranges should still work (or be very near). You are probably going to be at the upper end of your protein range with about 35% of your calories coming from protein. Your carb intake will probably be at the lower end of the range (or slightly lower) about 40-45% of your calories coming from carbs. The reminder of your calories ---about 25% will be coming from fat.

I was wondering what would be the correct settings for your calorie/carb/fat/protein intake? I feel on the paleo diet and using the spark counter it's not working. I feel what spark people have it set at for my recommendation is wrong. If you can understand my question...lol. Having a hard time trying to explain it:) Please help me out. Thanks
