Your idea is a GREAT one. For a lot of us, PLANNING and TRACKING are two of the most important tools we have - by combining them and planning for tomorrow's eating and tracking it in advance (you can always make adjustments if you need to) lets you know in advance whether you can have the special treat or not. It lets you know that you are under YOUR control. It is one of the ideal ways to help stay on track. Good for you.
I've found a great way to keep to my diet plan by entering the meals I plan for tomorrow instead of what i had today! By doing this I can adjust foods to keep within my calorie allowance and pre-plan my meals so that I'm not tempted to get something unhealthy in a rush. I've downloaded the app for my BB and can see at a glance what my foods are for the day - not been hungry and often surprise myself with spare calories for a little treat! Do it in your quiet time in the evening and its no chore!
