Its so good when you can incorporate daily tasks, in keeping fit. I have been planning to do some painting myself. Will follow your example and just get to it.

I am not one to sit around on my butt unless I have to at work. So on my days off I like to keep busy besides my morning routine of walking and my afternoon routine of Zumba. Today I am painting a bedroom. Going up and down the ladder is great exercise. Have a great one! (We need a painting emoticon -lol)
