Using message boards is a good way to let some thoughts out! I am very proud of my responses today to some minor inconveniences today. Sometimes when you have been very patient with all at work all day long, it's hard to keep cool when small stuff happens: The book I ordered for a birthday gift was a week late. The email from the Amazon retailer said it's at the postoffice. No note or anything from USPS. So when I headed over, the clerk was upset that it was close to closing time and I had no notice. He did not care if the email told me to visit him. I wished him a good evening. Feeling tired and hungry, I debated whether to go to yoga an extra time today. I hydrated in anticipation of going to class. Then there was a crazy lady on the train reciting angry poetry with lots of expletives. I moved to the next car at the next stop rather than let her voice annoy me some more. My sister called when I wanted to go to yoga. She was telling me about our step-sister who has just gotten out of the hospital for mental health issues and my mom and older sister have been dealing her episodes and inadequate case workers. I encouraged her to get back on her good eating habit and not worry about last weekend. It feels good when you can take your own advice. Making good choices makes me feel in control and that feels good! Good luck with things that come up and how well you handle them!
