I was very diligent about using the nutrition tracker last summer and fall, and I managed to take off about 20 lbs. I became lazy, for lack of a better description, and stopped tracking my food, thinking I was doing ok. I have not lost a single pound since I quit using the tracker. I have always tracked my fitness, but if you dont' watch what you eat along with it, it doens't do much good.
I started again tracking my food. I can see now I was grossly under-estimating what I was eating. No more. Back on track, back to losing that last 20 lbs to reach my goal.
