I am new to Spark, but may be this will help. If you are eating bad every day, try to find out what set off the craving or bad eating. You may find out that you are assuming that you will not be able to stick with it and just giving in too the "failure". We are only human and will probably goof up sometimes. So if you have a bumpy day, just take a deep breath, own up to it and do not beat your self up over it. Let the day go. Get up the next morning and start fresh. You may discover that you are bored. I figgured out that I will graze or binge when I am bored. Even looking up a new healthy recipe or talking to someone on the phone or on line, or going for a walk will help. I turned the tv on to a music station today and danced with my grandson. (well, I will call it dancing, the visual was probably very funny) After a couple of minutes I was over the carb/sugar crave, and it counted as an aerobic exercise. It made me tired pretty fast, but I think I will do it again, even if I am alone!
